Online Ordering
Shop online at which is fully equipped with easy-to-use shopping cart facilities. You can add items to your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart. You can check how many items you have in your shopping cart or remove items by clicking on View Shopping Cart. When you have selected all your purchases, click on the Check Out button and you will be guided through the check out process. Upon submission of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order reference number.


Collection of Purchase
We will reserve your purchase after payment is made. Collection must be made

We accept payments from Singapore customers through the following methods:
· All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars
· Baby Expo only accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit card (Paypal)

Credit Card Payments
We accept credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) through PayPal’s secure payment processing system service.

· Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to a PayPal Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.
· If there is a problem with processing your credit card, you will receive an error message and will be prompted to enter your card details again.

Return & Exchange Policy
We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated.

  • All goods sold are non-refundable / non-exchangeable
  • Defective merchandise have to be communicated via whatsapp msg
    9299 4950 within 3 days from the purchase / delivery date of item
  • Proof of purchase with original receipt required  
  • Defective merchandise must be returned with its original packaging together will all free gifts and accessories (including manuals & warranty cards)
  • All returns & exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy & Management Approval

In the case of damaged item(s), you must notify us within 3 days of purchase / delivery

You should have a valid reason for the return of item
All exchanges are subject to Baby Expo's management approval
Baby Expo reserve the rights to reject any return requests 

The item must be in new and unused condition returned in its original packaging together with all the free gifts and accessories
